Requests are processed within 3-5 business days.

Refund Processing

Full refunds are credited to the original payment method including product cost and original shipping fees. Allow 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Return of Products

In most cases, return is not required. If requested, we provide a prepaid return label.
